One big, happy family - including you!

At Heimtun Farm in Lyngen we are all family, that including our friends and guests. We love spending time at the farm ourself, and will do everything to make you feel the same. All of us enjoy enjoy having guests in the apartment, and we'll love for you to see what Lyngen has to offer.

Me, The Manager
Ida lives in Tromsø most of the year, working at Farout Event & Adventure, but passes the summers at home in Lofoten with her family. She is the granddaughter of Anwei, and loves spending time in Lyngen, off-piste skiing in the Lyngen alps and chillaxing at the farm.
Mads Leonhard Rishaug
The Bro-Model
Mads is my brother. He is said to be one of the best telemark skiers in northern Norway! Mads lives in Svolvær in Lofoten, and is often to be found in sports magazines, modelling for international sports gear products, at web sites or posters as a decoy to get people to study, or naked in national ski magazines.
Anwei "Mor" Rishaug
Grandmother and Landlady

Mor was born and raised at the Heimtun Farm, and is the rightful owner of the place. She is soon to be 80 years old, and lives here about six months a year, mostly in the summer. The other six months she passes at home in Lofoten.
Ingunn Rishaug
The aunt
Our Aunty Ingunn is probably the kindest, most welcoming and caring person in the world. She actually lives somewhere in the south of Norway, but spends a lot, if not most of her time with Mor at the farm. She enjoys baking, and after a long day in the mountains there's always a taste (or five) when you get back, both for biological family members and guest family members!
Idar Leonhard Rishaug
The Daddy
Daddy the handyman is always smiling. He is a fun and caring person who lives with Mommy in Svolvær. Daddy often visits the farm where Mor, his mom, grew up. When Daddy comes to Lyngen he always have some handyman errands to do, and he will always give you a helping hand, no matter what.
Georg Rishaug
The Natural Talent
Georg recently moved from Lofoten to the capital to study economics. He quit playing football, and is now a promising lacrosse player! Unlike the rest of us, Georg has blond hair and blue eyes. How we know he's not adopted? First of all, he is a true copy of Daddy, also, like me he enjoys singing despite a terrible singing voice, but most importantly we know because he has got the freeskiing talent genes from Mads.
Christine Bjørnstad
The Doc
Lovely Christine is the sparkle of Mads' eye. Besides that, she studies medicine in Tromsø. As Mads' girlfriend she has spent quite some time at the farm, but she has only been off-piste skiing for half a season. I bet we're going to see a lot more of her as the ski season is about to start!
